Open positions
Finance Referral Officer
Manage and coordinate finance referral cases, liaise with lender partners to facilitate timely responses, and support businesses through the referral process. You will be the primary point of contact for SMEs matched to finance products on our platform.
Advisory Programme Coordinator
Coordinate the scheduling, delivery and quality assurance of Enterprise Kenya's advisory sessions across the country. You will recruit and onboard advisors, manage session bookings, and ensure that SME clients receive an excellent advisory experience.
Digital Products Manager
Lead the development and continuous improvement of Enterprise Kenya's digital platform. You will work alongside the Head of Digital Products to define the product roadmap, manage delivery, and ensure the platform meets the needs of Kenyan SMEs and our partner institutions.
Graduate & internship programme
We offer a structured 6-month graduate programme and short-term internships for students and recent graduates interested in public sector business development, digital technology and finance. Applications open annually in October.
