Board of Directors
The Board provides strategic oversight, ensures accountability and safeguards the interests of all stakeholders. It is appointed by the Cabinet Secretary for Trade and Investment.
Executive Management
The Executive Management Team is responsible for the day-to-day management of Enterprise Kenya, programme delivery and organisational performance.
Leadership Team
Governance note: Enterprise Kenya is a state corporation under the Ministry of Trade and Investment, governed by an independent board appointed by the Cabinet Secretary. The organisation operates in accordance with the State Corporations Act (Cap. 446), the Public Finance Management Act and related legislation. Annual reports and audited financial statements are published and available in our Publications library.
