By accessing or using the Enterprise Kenya platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service. Enterprise Kenya provides a digital platform to help Kenyan businesses discover support, access advisory services, submit finance referrals and engage with compliance guidance. The platform is free to use for registered businesses.
2. Eligibility. You must be a duly registered Kenyan business or an individual authorised to act on behalf of such a business. You must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Account responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Finance referrals. Enterprise Kenya acts as a broker/facilitator. We do not make lending or grant decisions. Finance decisions are made by the respective finance providers. We cannot guarantee that a referral will result in approved finance.
5. Accurate information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false information may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
6. Prohibited conduct. You may not use the platform to provide false business information, engage in fraudulent activity, misrepresent your business, violate applicable Kenyan law, or attempt to circumvent platform security.
7. Intellectual property. All content on the platform except user-submitted content is owned by Enterprise Kenya or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability. Enterprise Kenya is not liable for decisions made by finance providers, advisors or compliance officers; losses arising from reliance on platform information; or service interruptions.
9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
10. Changes. We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
